On the 5th of June, 2017 TWA in collaboration with Mr. Tsering Choephel is going to host a one hour boot camp session for the people in and around Dharamshala. Mr. Tsering Choephel is a certified personal cum fitness trainer currently based in Bangalore. He is also under ACE certification for now. He worked as a fitness trainer in Golds Gym and has also conducted few group training classes for various age groups focusing on improving cardio respiratory and losing fat. We would like to request all the interested people of Dharamshala who would want to be part of this one hour session on whole body functional exercises to kindly register themselves by giving their names in the TWA messenger before the 3rd of June. Once the confirmed lists are received, Choephel la will especially customize the exercises according to the capabilities of the participants. Therefore, don’t miss the chance- it is just one hour training session from 6:30-7:30 am on the 5th of June, 2017 at Yongling Day School.
