Today ,8th march, 2019 is celebrated world wide as the International Women’s Day and Tibetan Women’s Association organized a very important event based on this year theme ” Balance for Better” at Mcleod Ganj Main square.
Twa Central had an photo exhibition with a brief biography of Exemplary Tibetan Women in the fields of Politics, Education, Religion, Artist and Writer and Social Service.
The Theme “Balance for Better” expresses the importance of gender balance for better world and call for collective action and shared responsibilities to drive for a gender balanced world.
