Tibetan Women’s Association extends our sincere condolence to the family members of late Migmar la executive member of National Democratic Party of Tibet of Dharamshala and also he was one of the active member of TWA’s FOTWA (Friends of Tibetan Women’s Association). With his demise we have lost one young Tibetan patriot. May His soul rest in peace!!
