Tibetan Women’s Association is happy to have collaboration with the Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD)’s India- wide democracy advocacy program called “Mangtso”.
TWA team participated in today’s inauguration of the program at Sarah College for Higher Studies, Dharamshala. TWA’s President stressed on the importance of Democracy and citizens’ responsibility.
