[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Millions of people and thousands of events around the world will mark World Rivers Day 2020, either virtually or physically, on Sunday, September 27 in what has become one of the largest environmental celebrations on the planet.
This year, TWA Central organized tree plantation participated by members from Tibetan NGOs (TYC, NDPT, SFT-India) in Dharamshala in commemoration of World Rivers Day at Hiru school, Dosalani.
Rivers in every country face an array of threats, and only through our active involvement can we ensure their health in the years ahead.
