On the special occasion of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s 83rd birthday, the staffs of central Tibetan Women’s Association distributed sweets (Ladoo) to Indian officials and friends around McLeod Ganj and Lower Dharmshala. It was a pleasant day for us to share with them our happiness and gratitude.
