In celebration of the 87th Birth Anniversary of His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama, Central TWA along with Tibetan Women helpline and other official departments volunteered together to serve multiple Important Chief Guest and the local Tibetans for attending the official function at the main Monastery of Tsuglagkhang.
