༄༅། །ཨ་རིའི་གྲོས་ཚོགས་གོང་མའི་འཐུས་མི་དང་། བོད་དོན་ཐོག་ཡུན་རིང་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་གནང་མཁན་ལྕམ་སྐུ་ཌཡེ་ནེ་ཕ་ཨེན་སི་ཊིན་(Dianne Feinstein) མཆོག་འདས་གྲོངས་སུ་གྱུར་བའི་ཡིད་སྐྱོའི་གནས་ཚུལ་ཐོས་འཕྲལ་ཧ་ཅང་གི་བློ་ཕམ་བྱུང་། ལྕམ་སྐུ་ཁོང་གིས་བོད་ཀྱི་རྩ་དོན་ཐོག་ལྷག་བསམ་གཡོ་བ་མེད་པར་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་གནང་བ་རྣམས་ང་ཚོས་རྟག་ཏུ་དྲན་གྱིས་ཡོད། བོད་ཀྱི་བུད་མེད་ལྷན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་མི་ཡོངས་ནས་ཁྱེད་ནང་མི་ལྷན་རྒྱས་ལ་གདུང་སེམས་མཉམ་བསྐྱེད་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
