༄༅།། དཔལ་ལྡན་སྐུ་ངོ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་སྤེན་པ་ཚེ་རིང་མཆོག་ལ་ཨ་རིའི་མང་གཙོ་ཁྱབ་སྤེལ་ལྟེ་གནས་ཁང་གིས་མང་གཙོ་ཞབས་ཞུའི་ལས་དོན་ལ་ཆེ་བསྟོད་གཟེངས་རྟགས་འབུལ་བཞེས་མཛད་ནས་དེ་རིང་ཚེས་༡༧ ཉིན་རྒྱབ་ལྡི་ལི་ནས་མཁའ་ལམ་བརྒྱུད་གྷ་གྷལ་གནམ་ཐང་དུ་ཕེབས་འབྱོར་སྐབས་བོད་ཀྱི་བུད་མེད་ལྷན་ཚོགས་དབུས་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་རྒྱུན་ལས་ཁང་ནས་དགའ་བསུའི་ཕེབས་བསུ་ཞུ་བར་བཅར།
Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration was honoured with the prestigious Democracy Service Medal by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) on 13th June 2024. Upon his arrival on 17th June at Gagal Airport in Dharamshala via Delhi, the Central Executive Committee of the Tibetan Women’s Association came to welcome him with congratulations.
