The Tibetan Centre for Human Rights & Democracy (TCHRD) formally invited 5 different NGOs based in Dharamshala, including the Central TWA’s General Secretary & Joint Secretary, at a meeting, to partake in the ‘Youth quake’ dialogue project intentionally directed toward cultivating a culture of democracy in the Tibetan exile community. Therefore, the Youth quake provides a platform for the youth to discuss the values, principles, behaviours, and practices that are indispensable to the development of a democratic culture.
